Process

    Intelliadmissions is an Online admissions platform that parents can use to fill one admissions form and apply to multiple schools in their vicinity.

  • add remove How should I apply?

    General process to fill the form is explained in detail http://intelliadmissions.org/process

    Make sure you fill the application form on a Desktop or Laptop and not on any mobile device.

  • add remove What are the requirements to apply for online admissions?

    Applicants require a Mobile Number to Register and Login to the admissions portal. Parents need to know that the mobile number used by them to register will be used by schools for all future communications.

    The document requirements

    Photographs:
    Coloured Passport size photo of the child (45mm x 35mm)
    Family photo max width 10 cm (Optional)
    Certificates & Reports:
    Municipal Birth Certificate of the child
    Caste Certificate (in the Child’s name) – optional
    Medical Certificate – compulsory in case of disability
    Applicants for other Standards, if seats are available will have to submit their previous school report/progress card as well.
    Parent’s documents:
    Father & Mother’s Aadhaar Card
    Proof of Residence: Passport/Voter ID/Aadhar
    In case of alumni, leaving certificate of parent from the respective school

  • add remove How many schools can I apply to?

    You can apply to multiple schools for which your child is eligible. You can view the list of eligible schools under the ‘Eligible Schools’ section after you log in to the portal. The portal will provide you with this list of schools based on the eligibility criteria set by those schools.

Access

  • add remove I am unable to REGISTER and LOGIN. What should I do?
    Reasons:
    Browser not updated.
    Connection drops or slow internet speed.
    Incorrect credentials
    Make sure you Login with the same credentials (User ID and Password) as sent to you via SMS and use the same Mobile Number with which you registered on the portal.
  • add remove I have registered but didn’t receive any password

    Sometimes the SMS delivery may get delayed due to network issues. In case it is delayed for too long, you can click on the ‘FORGOT PASSWORD’ to receive the SMS again.

  • add remove I forgot my password.

    You can click on ‘Forgot Password’ and enter your Email Id and Mobile Number. You will then receive your User Id and Password on your mobile number.

  • add remove I can’t access the form?

    Parents need to first REGISTER with their mobile number on the admissions portal. You can find the link to the portal https://application.intelliadmissions.org/register

    After you Register, Login credentials will be sent to you via SMS. Use the credentials to Login and access the form.

Form Filling

  • add remove Issue with Uploading the image?

  • add remove Where can I find the list of schools?

    You can enter your area pin code in the ‘Search by pin code’ on the admissions page and view the schools in your vicinity.

    After you register and login on the admissions portal , lists of all eligible schools in your vicinity is provided under the ‘ELIGIBLE SCHOOLS’ section with their start and end dates for admissions.

  • add remove What if my school of choice is not listed?

    The school may not be listed on our admissions platform. You can contact the school directly and find their admissions process.

  • add remove What documents are required while filling application?
    Photographs:

  • add remove Parents do not have Aadhar card, what can we do?

    Kindly submit any other Government issued photo identification in place of the Aadhar card. Alternatives have been suggested.

  • add remove I do not have my child’s caste certificate.

    The caste certificate is an OPTIONAL requirement. If one is not obtained in the child’s name, then you can substitute the same for the parent’s caste certificate, but you will need to submit the original if admission is granted. If parents also do not have caste certificate, then apply in OPEN category.

  • add remove Age criteria for my child is not being met. Can I still apply?

    Each school has their specified criteria such as the Age criteria, Distance from school etc. The admissions platform can only accept application form, which meet the age criteria. For more details on eligibility visit the respective school’s website.

  • add remove I am having problem viewing the form. The format is not correct.

    Kindly make sure that you are using one of the approved browsers – preferably Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Safari. Also make sure that your browser has been updated to the latest version. You can check on your version of the browser by going to the help tab on your browser and see if it is the latest version.

    Also make sure that you clear the cache.

  • add remove I can’t upload files?

    File upload issues can happen due to a number of reasons e.g. drop in connectivity, failed connection, incorrect file format or file size larger than recommended. You can upload files with a maximum size of 1MB each. If you need to compress the files, you can CLICK HERE . Save the compressed file and then upload it.

    Also make sure that you clear the cache.

  • add remove I can’t upload images.

    This happens for a couple of reasons

    • The file size you are uploading is more than 1Mb. Kindly reduce the file size before uploading the document. You can compress the images CLICK HERE .
    • The format of the JPEG image is not compatible with the server. Kindly upload a PDF file instead
  • add remove What is the preferred format for files to be uploaded?

    JPEG files are preferred to be uploaded, especially for photographs. Maximum file size for a single upload cannot exceed 1 MB. e.g. birth certificate can be a maximum of 1 MB.

  • add remove Pin code for my area is not available?

    The area pin code may not be listed on our portal. Kindly write an email to support@intelliadmissions.org mentioning the area pin code so we can list it under our portal.

  • add remove What if my profession/designation/occupation is not available for selection?

    If your Profession/Designation/Occupation is not available for selection you can select ‘Other’ from the list of options available.

  • add remove I can’t save the form and proceed?

    Fields marked with * are mandatory. Make sure you have filled these mandatory fields. In case you have filled these fields and yet you can’t save and proceed, please raise a ticket.

  • add remove I cannot download the form?
    Please raise a ticket and provide the following details:
    Applicant’s name
    Registered mobile number
    Application ID
  • add remove Downloaded form is not displaying photo
    Please raise a ticket and provide the following details:
    Applicant’s name
    Registered mobile number
    Application ID
  • add remove How should I change details in the form after I have submitted the form?

    You CANNOT change the details once the form is submitted. You will have to fill a new form and submit again.

  • add remove How will I know the start and end date of admissions for schools?

    After you login to the admission portal, you can view the list of eligible schools under the ‘Eligible Schools’ section. You will see the start and end dates of the admissions for each of the eligible school.

    Else you can search for schools by the area pin code and view the start and end dates individually for each school.

  • add remove What if I missed the deadline?

    We are sorry that you missed the deadline. Every school prescribes deadlines and we cannot change that for anyone. You can try to apply for some other school who still have the admissions process going on.

  • add remove What are the next steps once the form is submitted?

    Once you submit the form, the schools will shortlist the candidates based on their eligibility criteria. If your child is shortlisted, you will receive an SMS regarding the same.

    Schools will also upload the list on their websites, so you can visit the website and check whether your child is shortlisted or not.

Location

  • add remove Facing issue with seleting GPS Coordinates?

  • add remove Can I apply to a school in another city as we are about to shift?

    Yes, you can apply, however the shortlisting of your child will be based on school’s eligibility criteria.

  • add remove What if there is a change in our location?

    Based on your previous location, your child may get shortlisted. However, during the time of document review, school may or may not cancel your child’s admission.

    You can choose to fill a new admissions form for schools within your new location.

  • add remove I don’t know how to use Google maps. How can I add my address?

    Google Maps requires you to click on the red icon and place it closest to where your residence is. watch video This will enable a correct representation of your address to the Institute.

School List

  • add remove What are the eligibility criteria for schools?

    Every school has their own set of eligibility criteria such as Date of Birth range, Distance etc. You can view the eligibility criteria on the respective school’s website.

  • add remove Why are few schools of my choice shown as ineligible?

    Each school has their specified eligibility criteria such as Date of Birth range, distance from school, etc. and this is mentioned on the school’s website.

    The admissions platform can only accept application form, which meet the age criteria. For more details on eligibility visit the respective school’s website.

Technical Help

  • add remove Whom should I contact for technical help?

    For any technical help, you can write an email at support@intelliadmissions.org

    Make sure you provide the following details:

    1. Your Full Name
    2. Email Id (Optional)
    3. Pin code
    4. Class that you are applying to
    5. Mobile Number
    6. Subject of the email

  • add remove The screen has frozen. Nothing is happening, I cannot get any confirmation. What do I do now?

    This happens if the internet connection is slow or has a drop in connectivity. Please close the browser window and open a new browser again and login. The information to the point of the last submission will be automatically saved.

Document Review

  • add remove How will I know if my child is shortlisted?

    Parents will receive an SMS from the school if their child is shortlisted. The SMS will consist of information about the Date and Timing of when Parents are required to visit the school.

    The list of shortlisted students is also uploaded on the school’s website. Parents can visit the website of the schools they have applied to and check whether their child is shortlisted or not.

  • add remove What documents do I need for document review?

    Parents need to carry the following documents at the time of document review

    Photographs:

    Certificates & Reports:

Selection

  • add remove How will I know if my child is selected or not?

    After document review, Parents are notified whether their child is selected or not via SMS. SMS will provide parents with the date and time to visit the school and pay the admissions fees.

  • add remove When and How can I pay the school fees?

    Payment of school fees is done after your child is selected.

    Information regarding the Fee Amount, Last date of payment and the Mode of payment will be updated on the school’s website. You will also receive an SMS regarding the same from the school.

    You can pay the school fees online from the school’s website or by the mode of payment chosen by school.
