Instructions for filling & submitting the form
- Registration link: https://apply.intelliadmissions.org/register (Parents can download the forms later by clicking on this link).
User ID
Create a user id applicant user name/child name ( Blank spaces not allowed, min 3 characters, max 10 characters).
Parent Mobile No
Enter PARENT mobile no (compulsory). These contact details will only be considered for future communication.
Email ID
Email ID is optional but recommended.
Pin code
Enter current location Pin code. If you are transferring to a new location, please add pin code of the location.
Gender, Date of Birth
Select appropriate gender, date of birth. These details once entered cannot be changed.
Class for the child
Class for the child whose admission is being sought. Class once entered cannot be changed.
- Please review the form before submission. No changes can be made after submission.
- Part one is filling the details and part two is applying to the school. You will receive an SMS with the form no and school code which indicates form has been submitted
- Receipts are not issued for application fee payments.

Please Note
- All Documents submitted electronically be brought to the school at the time of document verification (original and Xerox copy) when the school calls you for document review
- Applications forms can be filled at any time, however the school link will only open and close at the specified time in this announcement.
- Applications will be taken only online. Submission of the form does not guarantee admission.
- If child's birthdate does not meet the criteria, the application process will not proceed. Please check ineligible school details if the school does not appear at the time of filing the form
- Incomplete/inaccurate forms and forms not submitted online will not be considered.
- Admissions is dependent upon the availability of the seats. Parents are encouraged to apply to multiple schools
- Further information will be communicated to you via SMS.
- Retain the SMS/Email with your form nos and only print the form when the school calls you for a meeting.
Selection of Applicants
- Please do not disturb the school authorities during the entire application process.
- There are very few seats available, so your cooperation will be appreciated.
- You will be informed of the status of your application via SMS on the mobile numbers submitted online as part of the application.
- Retain the SMS/Email with your form nos and only print them when the school calls you for a meeting.
Additional Instructions from the school
Please Note:
You are requested to ensure the following requirements when you walk in for the Document Verification:
1. Both the parents must accompany the child for whom the admission is sought.
2. Passport size photo of the child and the Family photo.
3. Xerox copy of all the documents that you have attached at the time of filling the form must be produced along with the printout of the online admission form.
4. You will receive an intimation for Document Verification, by SMS and Email on your registered mobile number and email address. Please be present on time for the verification.
5.Bring along all the original documents along with a Xerox set stapled neatly
6. Filling of more than one application will not be accepted and the same will be rejected.
7. The location must be pinned correctly, with the correct pin code.
