  • All Documents submitted electronically be brought to the school at the time of document verification (original and Xerox copy) when the school calls you for document review
  • Applications forms can be filled at any time, however the school link will only open and close at the specified time in this announcement.
  • Applications will be taken only online. Submission of the form does not guarantee admission.
  • If child's birthdate does not meet the criteria, the application process will not proceed. Please check ineligible school details if the school does not appear at the time of filing the form
  • Incomplete/inaccurate forms and forms not submitted online will not be considered.
  • Admissions is dependent upon the availability of the seats. Parents are encouraged to apply to multiple schools
  • Further information will be communicated to you via SMS.

NOTICE FOR JUNIOR K.G. ADMISSION 2021 – 2022

Jr. K.G. Application form for the academic year 2021 – 2022 will be available on website from 15thMarch 2021 at 9.00 a.m. to 19thMarch 2021 at 6.00p.m.

AGE : Children born on 1st October 2016 to 31st December 2017(both days inclusive) are eligible to get the application form.  

AREA: The people residing the following AREA are eligible to fill the Application form for JR. KG.

3. Kanjur West

4. Bhandup West

5. Before Bhandup Police Station.

CHARGES: Please pay Rs.100/- per form at the time of submission.

Your ration card or Aadhaar card will be checked to ascertain your area.

Those outside these areas will not be considered. Hence, please do not fill the form if you fall outside the designated area.

The time of Submission of Application form – Along with Parents, child and original documents. Application form to be attached by photocopies of the documents.

1. The application form is not a guarantee of admission.

2. Age: Children born between 1st October 2016 to 31st December 2017. 

(both days inclusive) are eligible for a applying online application form.

3.     Area: The people residing in the following areas are eligible to apply online.

i Before Gandhi Nagar signal.

v Before Bhandup Police station.

4. Your Ration Card/Aadhaar card will be checked to ascertain your area.

5. Those outside these areas will not be considered for admission.

6. Upload/affix a recent passport size photograph of your child on the online application form.

7. A valid email-id is required for communication/edit options and parents mobile no.

8. RC / Christian (both): The completed form along with photocopy of the Aadhaar Card, Municipal/ Gram Panchayat Birth Certificate and Baptism Certificate to be attached with application form.

9. Siblings : The completed form along with the photocopy of the Ration Card/Aadhaar card, Municipal/ Gram Panchayat, Birth certificate and the first page of current school calendar of Brother/Sister studying in St. Xavier’s High School Bhandup (w) to be attached with application form and also carry current school calendar at the time of Submission. For Sibling admission is not guaranteed. It will be decided by the admission panel.

10. N.C.H:  N.C.H Employees should attach the photocopy of their Identity card.

11. Ex-students:  Ex-students should attach their passing certificate photocopy. For ex-students admission is not guaranteed. It will be decided by the admission panel.

12. Please bring the original Documents for verification on the appointed date &       time.

13. There should be no discrepancy in the name on the ration card/Aadhaar card and birth certificate.

14. Kindly note: Any kind of influences, be it letters or person will ensure disqualification of admission.

15. There are NO DONATION-LINKED ADMISSIONS. Beware of unscrupulous intermediaries/brokers, who for their personal gain, offer to intervene on your behalf. You could be deprived both of admission of your child as well as your hard earned money.

16. In order to tackle the menace intermediaries / brokers taking advantage of gullible parents, any attempt to bring influence will disqualify candidature. You bringing to the notice of the admission panel, any information that will help us keep the admission process free from intermediaries, will be treated with utmost confidence and will not jeopardise your child’s admission.

17. On account of inadequate good quality schools, the numbers of applications that we receive are well in excess of the number of children that we can admit. While we do understand your concern as a parent, we trust you will appreciate our constraints in case your child is not admitted. After announcement of the admissions (as all seats would be filled up), it would not help to seek an appointment to put forward your case for special consideration. Your co-operation and understanding would be appreciated.

19. Application form will not be accepted after the mentioned date & time.
