  • All Documents submitted electronically be brought to the school at the time of document verification (original and Xerox copy) when the school calls you for document review
  • Applications forms can be filled at any time, however the school link will only open and close at the specified time in this announcement.
  • Applications will be taken only online. Submission of the form does not guarantee admission.
  • If child's birthdate does not meet the criteria, the application process will not proceed. Please check ineligible school details if the school does not appear at the time of filing the form
  • Incomplete/inaccurate forms and forms not submitted online will not be considered.
  • Admissions is dependent upon the availability of the seats. Parents are encouraged to apply to multiple schools
  • Further information will be communicated to you via SMS.

  • You will be informed of the status of your application via SMS on the mobile numbers submitted online as part of the application.

Additional Instructions from the school

Claudine’s Pre-Primary School, is run by the Management of the Provincial Society of the Congregation of Jesus and Mary, Vadodara. As a Catholic School, it is a Minority Institution. The admission policy of its management is applicable in the admission process.

  • The School strictly does not accept donations at Admission. No recommendations or references are accepted from any quarters.
  • It is hereby informed that there are limited seats: therefore, only those who would be selected will be called for further interaction. A call for interaction does not mean that admission has been granted.
  • Parents have to be present for all the meetings and formalities. You are requested to please apply in multiple schools. Our School is not responsible for all your inconveniences if not selected.
  • When you submit the online form, you will get a unique Computer Reference Number which will be used for all future correspondence So please take note of that Number instantly.
  • All communication will be made only by SMS on the registered mobile number. It is essential therefore, that you keep this mobile on and read the SMS notifications. Complaints for not receiving messages will not be entertained. 
  • Online application process is only for registration. Hard copy of the application form along with the required documents must be submitted on the given date that will be sent through SMS/mail. Otherwise application form will be rejected.

The online application portal for Nursery admission will open from: 01st December 2023 at 11 a.m. and will remain open till the 8th of January 2024, 5 p.m. at www.cjmvadodara.org

Nursery: Child for whom admission is desired has to be born between 1st June 2020 to 31stMay 2021 (both days inclusive)

  • It is very important that you fill in the admission form during the time frame given above before the portal closes. 
  • Please see the list of documents below. Application fee of Rs.300 (Rupees Three Hundred) is Payable online and can be done via Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking.(not refundable)
  • KINDLY FILL IN THE ADMISSION FORMS EITHER ON A DESKTOP OR LAPTOP COMPUTER  

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MOBILE NUMBER USED FOR THE REGISTRATION WILL BE USED FOR ALL FURTHER COMMUNICATION. WITH REGARD TO THE ADMISSION PLEASE REMOVE THE DND FACILITY IF APPLIED ON YOUR MOBILE PHONE. THE MANAGEMENT DOES NOT HOLD ANY RESPONBILITY IF MESSAGE IS NOT RECEIVED BY YOU. 

You will need scanned copies (jpeg or pdf files only) of the documents listed below to complete the online admission application form.

  1. 1 – Coloured Passport size photo of the child (45mm x 35 mm)
  2. 1 – Small size — Family photo (10 cm – 6×4) (Bigger photos not accept)
  3. Original Municipal Birth Certificate of the child in ENGLISH only. Official translation proof required if not in English.
  4. Proof of Residence
  5. Aadhar Card of Child
  6. Father L. C. & Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS)
  7. Parent’s academic qualification certificates (Last Qualification copy only)
  8. Medical certificate of the child  – (Recent  Original one) compulsory FOR ALL THE APPLICANTS
  9. Baptism certificate of the child (recent) – in case of Christians only
    •  Kindly also bring a letter from your Parish Priest/Pastor.

Note: 

1The entire application form will be rejected if any Manipulation found in the Birth certificate or in any other documents.

2 Please DO NOT Disturb the School authorities during the entire application process. There are very few seats available, so your cooperation will be appreciated.
